President's Volunteer Service Award The PVSA program is designed to recognize individuals who actively support their communities through volunteer service. Examples of Volunteer activities eligible for PVSA include: safety patrol, volunteering at church or school, Girl/Boy Scouts, animal shelters, or keeping scores at athletic games. To earn this award you must have a minimum of 50 hours of community service from May 1,2012 to April 1, 2013.
